Special Announcements:

1.Ph.D 2014-15 Hall Tickets will be issued even on  14^th March,  2015 also from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

2.Entrance test results will be placed on website on or before    

   21^st March , 2015.

Ph.D./M.Phil./M.S 2014-15 Schedule of Interviews

The following is the schedule of interviews for Ph.D, M.Phil and M.S. programmes of the  various disciplines notified.

The candidates are required to be present at THE OFFICE OF THE DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONS at  the schedule time and get the certificates verified and other requirements. The candidates must be prepared to stay for next day if required in exigency.

The following Original Certificates and Documents are to be presented for verification before  the Interview: (A set of Xerox copies to be submitted )

a)      Date of Birth Certificate

b)      Degree Certificates of Both UG and PG Courses

c)      Marks Memos of the PG Program

d)      GATE/GPAT/NET/SLET/M.Phil. certificate if claimed in that category.

e)      Caste certificate if S.C. or S.T.

f)        Supervisor’s PG Degree and Ph.D. Degree copies attested by him/her

g)      Copies of Four Publications of Supervisor out of which two from referred journals ( if not submitted earlier)

h)      Original Letter attesting the credentials of the Supervisor ( Qualifications, Experience, No. of Ph.D.s supervised, N.O.C etc) from the Registrar of the University/Director/Principal of the Institution of the Supervisor

i)        Latest No Objection Certificate for the Candidate from the Employer in proper format as given in the application ( in case of External Ph.D. candidates, if not submitted earlier).Total experience certificates.

j)        A copy of the abstract of the Proposed Research work submitted along with the application.

k)      Publications of the candidate if any

l)        DETAILS OF PREPARATORY WORK DONE FOR CARRYING OUT THE PROPOSED RESEARCH WORK,  SERVICE CERTIFICATES AND COPIES OF PUBLISHED JOURNALS/ CONFERENCE PAPERS OF THE CANDIDATES AS THESE POINTS HAVE WEIGHTAGE IN INTERVIEW.

m)    Certificate from the  Head of the Supervisors organizations to the effect  that the supervisor is not having more than 8 candidates with him presently registered for Ph.D at any University/ Instituition (from Registrar of the University/ Principal of the college )

n)       ALL THE FULL TIME PH.D. APPLICANTS WHO HAVE NOT SUBMITTED THE CONCURRENCE OF THE RECOGNISED SUPERVISOR’S FROM THE RECOGNISED RESEARCH CENTRES ARE ADVISED TO OBTAIN AND PRODUCE THE SAME AT THE TIME OF INTERVIEW.

Those who were conditionally permitted have to satisfy the conditions by producing appropriate documents.
