JNTUA - Ph.D-M.Phil.M.S.-2014-15 Provisionally Selected Candidates for Admission

The candidates who are provisionally selected have to report at the office of The Director of Admissions, JNTUA, Ananthapuramu during 20.04.2015 to 21.04.2015 as per the schedule given, between 10.30 am to 1.30 pm or between 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm for receiving the admission letters. The candidates will be given admission letters only on submission of the following certificates in original:

a)    Original SSC certificate
b)    Original Degree Certificate of UG Course
c)    Original Degree Certificate of PG Course
d)    Original service Certificate of the Supervisor from Competent Authority as a documentary Proof of having 7 years Teaching/Research Experience as mentioned in the earlier Notifications
e)    Joining report of the candidate in the prescribed format given at the end of this document, countersigned by the research supervisor(s)
f)    Transfer Certificate of M.Tech./M.E./M.Phil./M.Sc./M.A. etc.
g)    Migration Certificate from the University in which the candidate has last studied ( if not from JNTUA)
h)    All the provisionally selected external candidates whose supervisors are external to JNTUA have to produce the consent of the co-supervisor working with JNTUA or in its constituent units namely JNTUA College of Engineering, Ananthapuramu; JNTUA College of Engineering, Pulivendula; JNTUA College of Engineering, Kalikari & JNTUA OTRI ( if not submitted earlier) and also Abstract reflecting the exact “Title of the proposed research work” counter signed by the supervisor and co-supervisor.
i)    All the provisionally selected full time candidates have to produce the consent of the recognized research supervisor working with the research centre allotted if not submitted earlier and also Abstract reflecting the exact “Title of the proposed research work” counter signed by the proposed supervisor & co-supervisor. These candidates should also submit the consent of the co-supervisor working with JNTUA or in its constituent units namely JNTUA College of Engineering, Ananthapuramu; JNTUA College of Engineering, Pulivendula; JNTUA College of Engineering, Kalikari & JNTUA OTRI ( if not submitted earlier).
               
The  candidates have to bring a  Demand Draft for  Rs 25,850 /- (Rs 25,000/-annual
tuition fee + Rs 500/-  Caution deposit + Rs 200/- admission fee +  Rs 150/-  towards identity card ) drawn in favour of “ The Registrar, JNTUA, Ananthapuramu” payable at SBI, JNTUEC Branch, Ananthapuramu (Code:2723).

The  Adhoc lecturers working with JNTUA have to bring a  Demand Draft for  Rs 13,350 /- (Rs 12,500/-annual tuition fee + Rs 500/-  Caution deposit + Rs 200/- admission fee +  Rs 150/-  towards identity card ) drawn in favour of “ The Registrar, JNTUA, Ananthapuramu” payable at SBI, JNTUEC Branch, Ananthapuramu (Code:2723).

Regular JNTUA employees have to pay an amount of Rs 350/- only towards the admission fee and identity card fee in the form of DD and they shall submit a Service Certificate from their Head of the institution at the time of reporting for admission.
