The following are the some of the things need be followed before going to class in B.Tech or any other course. These options depends on your behave in class.
Revise the topics once again before going to a class and look for next class topics what the teacher are going to be teach. This will place your mid towards the class, such that are existing in the way what the teacher are going to be tech and your leared.
If you do all the above, then there is no need to thing about external/internal exams.

- complete the class note regularly and do what the home work has given.
- Do some own practice in case of mathematics, programming topics
- Read only the text book referred by the university or board.
- List out all the questions from the previous papers unit wise or search for net unit wise previous.
- Test once again and see how the question are coming.
If you do all the above, then there is no need to thing about external/internal exams.
